We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with customers over phone calls, understanding their needs, providing information about products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role may also involve follow-ups and maintaining records of interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries.
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales.
Maintain detailed records of calls, customer information, and outcomes.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Transfer calls to relevant departments if required.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when needed.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (as per company requirement).
Excellent communication skills in (English/Hindi/Regional language).
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or telesales is an advantage.
