Job Responsibilities

1.

Making Outbound Calls



Call potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services. Follow a prepared script or talking points for consistent messaging.
2.

Receiving Inbound Calls



Answer queries from customers regarding products, services, or orders. Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
3.

Lead Generation



Collect and maintain a database of leads. Qualify leads based on set criteria and forward them to the sales team.
4.

Customer Follow-Up



Follow up on previous interactions or inquiries. Send reminders or updates regarding product/service offerings.
5.

Handling Customer Queries and Complaints



Address customer concerns and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department. Maintain a calm, professional tone under pressure.
6.

Achieving Targets



Meet daily, weekly, or monthly call and conversion targets set by the company. Continuously improve performance based on feedback and training.
7.

Promoting Products or Services



Highlight the benefits of offerings and persuade customers to purchase or take the next step. Upsell or cross-sell where applicable.
8.

Maintaining Professionalism



Follow call center standards and ethical sales practices. Uphold the company's reputation through respectful and courteous communication.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
