Job Overview:

We are hiring a

Telecaller / Education Sales Counselor

to handle student and parent inquiries for our

stock market education programs

. The role involves explaining courses, counseling prospects, and converting leads into enrollments through

structured follow-ups and trust-based communication

. This position focuses on

professional counseling, not aggressive sales

.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and follow up on leads generated from website, walk-ins, social media, and WhatsApp Counsel students and parents regarding stock market courses Explain course structure, fees, batch schedules, and outcomes clearly

Handle queries confidently in

English and Hindi Maintain daily calling records and follow-ups in Google Sheets

Requirements:

6 months - 1 year experience in telecalling / education counseling /sales

Good spoken

English and Hindi (both mandatory) Clear pronunciation and confident phone communication Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Google Sheets / Excel Result-oriented with a professional counseling approach

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Comfortable handling both students and parents Able to switch naturally between English & Hindi Interested in long-term career growth in the education industry
