Tele Callers
to assist with immigration-related calling, follow-ups, and data management. The role requires confident communication and the ability to guide clients through basic information and processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to clients regarding immigration inquiries.
Explain services, process steps, and required
documentation.
Maintain call records and update data in the system.
Follow up with potential clients and resolve basic queries.
Coordinate with internal teams wherever required.
Requirements:
Male/Female -- both can apply.
Good communication
skills (Hindi/English).
Basic computer knowledge.
Confident, polite, and comfortable with calling.
