Job Description

We are looking for a confident and friendly Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or appointments.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers from provided data Explain company products or services clearly Answer customer questions and solve basic queries Follow up with interested customers Maintain call records and daily reports Achieve daily and monthly call targets

Requirements:

Minimum 10th/12th pass Good communication skills in Hindi/English Basic knowledge of mobile/computer Freshers and experienced both can apply Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
