Telecaller Executive

to manage customer calls and coordinate between parents, students, and tutors.

Key Responsibilities:

Make and receive calls from

new inquiries and existing customers

Explain tuition services clearly and professionally Coordinate schedules between tutors and students Maintain call logs and update follow-up records Handle WhatsApp and basic admin tasks

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (Hindi and basic English) Friendly, patient, and confident voice tone Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets Prior telecalling/customer service experience preferred Should be able to work independently and responsibly

Work Hours:

Full-Time:

11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Part-Time:

Flexible shifts available (minimum 4 hours/day)
