Job Summary:

AJ Enterprises is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated

Telecaller

to join our team at Panampilly Nagar. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in telesales or customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers. Explain the company's products or services to potential customers. Follow up on leads and maintain customer records. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate professionalism in every interaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience as a telecaller or in a similar role. Any degree from a recognized institution. Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English/Hindi. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Basic computer knowledge.
