BNC is hiring for the post of Tele Caller Executive for Paharganj, Delhi location.

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products/services.
Follow a prepared script to provide accurate information and engage customers in conversation.
Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions.
Identify and generate leads through cold calling and follow-up on inbound inquiries.
Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our products/services.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Conduct timely follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, sales, and customer feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Any Graduate with 1 year experience as a Tele Caller or similar role in customer service or sales.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Excellent communication skills is preferred.
