Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers/leads as per assigned data
Achieve
daily and monthly calling targets
Explain company products/services clearly
Follow up with interested customers
Update call status, customer details, and remarks in the
calling software/CRM
Maintain professionalism and follow call scripts
Coordinate with the team to improve conversion rates
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate preferred
Good communication skills
Ability to handle targets and work under pressure
Basic software knowledge
(CRM, calling software, MS Excel)
Willingness to work in
day shifts only

Prior experience in telecalling or sales is an added advantage
