Job Summary:



We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident

Telecaller

with 1-3 years of experience in handling outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to convince customers, and a customer-focused approach to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally Explain company products/services clearly and effectively Follow up with interested leads and maintain call records Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions Coordinate with sales and support teams when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum

1-3 years of experience

as a Telecaller or similar role Excellent verbal communication skills Good convincing and negotiation abilities Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills Customer-oriented mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
