Job Description


Title: Sales Representative Location: Delhi-NCR Job Type: Commission-Based As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling insurance products and financial services offered by Policy Bazaar. This position is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to earn commissions based on their sales performance. You will have the opportunity to work independently and grow your income potential while representing one of India\'s leading insurance comparison platforms. Roles & Responsibilities: Sales and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels, including personal networking, referrals, online platforms, and social media.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customers\' insurance and financial needs.
Present Policy Bazaar\'s insurance products and services effectively to potential clients. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections promptly and professionally.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Policy Bazaar\'s product offerings and industry trends.
Educate customers about different insurance policies, their benefits, and the best options for their specific needs. Sales Targets and Performance Metrics: Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track and report sales activities and results regularly. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Continuous Learning and Training: Participate in training sessions and workshops provided by Policy Bazaar to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Self-Management: Manage your own work schedule and prioritize tasks effectively.
Monitor and manage your sales pipeline and follow up with leads diligently. Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to earn commissions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations is a plus.

Contract length: 12 months
