Job Description
We are urgently looking for Financial Product - CRM & Inbound Call services location based at New Delhi Job Responsibilities
- Attending inbounds calls
- should have knowledge of all financial Product i.e. Fixed Deposit, Mutual funds, Bonds etc
- Expanding the customer base by up selling & cross selling of product
- Resolving customer complaint quickly & efficiently
- Keeping the customer updated on the latest product in order to increase sales
- Query Handling & Problem solving
- Will involve in converting inbound calls into sales
- Minimum 6 month of experiences require.
- Excellent interpersonal & Communication skill.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
- Its doesn\'t require hard core marketing & Sales
- Day shift
- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- 10 key typing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Day Shift (Preferred)
