Maintain
daily & weekly hiring dashboards

Build a strong
candidate database
for continuous requirements.
Execute
walk-in drives
, job fairs, and local hiring campaigns.
Manage vendor coordination and external recruitment partners.
Ensure adherence to
TAT
, hiring quality, and compliance standards.
Follow up on documentation, background checks, and joining formalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
1-4 years of experience
in bulk hiring / blue-collar hiring.
Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms (Naukri, Indeed, Apna, Social Media, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and close high-volume requirements quickly.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for recruitment tracking.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in
Q-Commerce, Logistics, Retail, FMCG
, or staffing agencies is an added advantage.
