Job Description

Customer Outreach:

Make outbound calls to existing customers to remind them about service due dates and maintenance schedules.

Appointment Scheduling:

Book service appointments for customers and coordinate with the service team for efficient scheduling.

Promoting Service Offers:

Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and service packages.

Service Follow-Up:

Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Upselling Services:

Promote additional services, accessories, or extended warranties that enhance customer value.

Database Management:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and feedback in the system.

Coordination:

Work closely with the workshop team to ensure timely updates on vehicle status and customer requests.

Job Timing : 9 to 6pm
