for Tele-callers Profile

To find fresh sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls

In the Tele calling job, the individual needs to answer the queries of the Students by understanding their need and requirements.

To route opportunities to the concerning department for further development and deal closure..

To explain the benefits of the Courses to potential Students .

To provide Course details of the CA /CS

To get Student details that include names, addresses, phone numbers, etc. for further process...

Telecaller Skills and Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent

Prior experience in telesale representative or customer service executive

Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to provide information about product and services in an easy- to-understand manner

Negotiation skills and ability to resolve grievances

Salary are as follow

Telecallers - 9k to 15k
