We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our real estate team in Vijay Nagar, Indore. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, generating leads, explaining real estate projects, and scheduling site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound inquiries
Explain real estate projects, offers, and pricing details to customers
Generate and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into site visits
Maintain and update customer details in CRM or records
Coordinate with the sales team for site visit scheduling
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets
Provide excellent customer service and address basic client queries
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of real estate sales or telecalling preferred
Ability to handle customer objections confidently
Basic computer knowledge and calling etiquette
