. This role is central to our operations, requiring a candidate who can balance high-volume outbound calling with professional front-desk management. You will be responsible for converting leads into career counseling sessions and ensuring every visitor has a great experience.
Shift & Schedule
We offer flexible day-shift timings. You will be assigned one of the following:
09:00 AM - 06:00 PM
10:00 AM - 07:00 PM
6-day work week (Monday to Saturday)
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management:
Call prospective students from our database and invite them for career counseling.
Front Office:
Greet walk-in inquiries, maintain the visitor register, and handle incoming calls.
Target Achievement:
Work towards monthly walk-in and admission targets to earn performance incentives.
Documentation:
Manage student files and update the CRM/Excel sheets daily.
Coordination:
Coordinate with Career Counselors to ensure smooth student transitions.
Requirements (Mandatory)
Experience:
Minimum 1 year
of experience in Telecalling, Front Desk, or Sales (Required).
Communication:
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi; ability to understand and speak basic English.
Computer Skills:
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).
Location:
Must be able to commute to the Indore center daily.
