Job Description

1. Lead Calling & Qualification

Make outbound calls to property enquiries generated from portals, campaigns, and databases. Attend inbound calls from prospective buyers and investors. Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, configuration, and purpose (end-use/investment). Qualify leads and forward genuine prospects to the sales team.
2. Property Pitching

Explain project details such as location, pricing, configuration, amenities, and USPs. Share accurate and transparent information about properties. Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
3. Site Visit & Follow-ups

Schedule and confirm site visits for interested customers. Coordinate with sales managers and site teams for visit planning. Ensure regular follow-ups to convert enquiries into site visits and closures.
4. CRM & Data Management

Update call status, customer feedback, and follow-ups in CRM or lead management systems. Maintain accurate and updated customer records. Track enquiry-to-visit conversion data.
5. Customer Experience & Brand Representation

Maintain a polite, confident, and professional calling etiquette. Build trust with customers through clear communication and timely responses. Represent the company's values and service quality on every call.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
