As a Telecaller at Rukmani Motors, you will be the first point of contact for potential car buyers. Your primary goal is to engage leads, provide information about Maruti Suzuki vehicles, and convert inquiries into showroom visits or test drive appointments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database (leads from digital ads, walk-ins, or website inquiries).
Product Promotion:
Explain the features, specifications, and current offers of Maruti Suzuki models.
Appointment Scheduling:
Persuade customers to visit the showroom or book a doorstep test drive.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Accurately update customer details and the status of calls in the dealership's CRM software.
Follow-ups:
Regularly follow up with "hot" or "warm" leads to ensure they remain interested and move closer to a purchase.
Job Requirements
Education:
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
Experience:
0-2 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
Languages:
Fluency in
Hindi
is mandatory; basic proficiency in
English
is preferred.
Skills:
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Pleasant telephone etiquette and patience.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and CRM).
