Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:
Reach out to potential clients from provided lists or leads you generate, and explain our digital marketing services.
Lead Generation & Follow-ups:
Identify qualified leads, follow up consistently, and keep track of all interactions.
Sales & Conversion:
Encourage prospects to schedule consultations or demos with our sales team, and help meet weekly/monthly targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build strong connections with clients, answer queries professionally, and maintain a positive brand image.
Data Management:
Update our CRM or database with client interactions and provide feedback to improve marketing strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in English.
Basic understanding of digital marketing (training will be provided).
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
Ability to handle rejections with a positive attitude.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
Prior experience in
tele-sales or digital marketing
is preferred but not mandatory.
