Make outbound and receive inbound calls to customers or prospects
Explain company products or services clearly and professionally
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups
Address customer queries and provide basic information
Follow call scripts and meet daily calling targets
Handle customer interactions politely and professionally
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required
Required Skills:
Good verbal communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM - if applicable)
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to processes
Customer-focused and positive attitude
Basic knowledge of sales or customer service is an advantage
Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate
No prior experience required (training will be provided)
