to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, counselling students, and supporting the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to students and handle inbound inquiries
Provide accurate information about courses, colleges, and admission procedures
Follow up with leads and maintain proper call records
Achieve daily calling and conversion targets
Coordinate with the admissions and counselling team
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge
Freshers can apply (experience preferred but not mandatory)
Work Timings:
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
