Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, provide information about products/services, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services. Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information. Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert potential prospects into customers. Maintain customer databases and update call records in the CRM system. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Follow communication scripts where provided and adapt communication style as needed. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support campaign activities. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass; a graduate degree is preferred. 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales. Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus). Strong listening skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-oriented approach. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets. Positive attitude, confidence, and good interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in BPO, telesales, or customer support. Ability to handle a large volume of calls efficiently. Experience in lead generation or outbound sales.
