We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Tele caller to manage inquiries, meet clients,
and convert leads for our co-working space. The ideal candidate should have strong
communication skills, client-handling experience, and the ability to prepare professional proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle Client Inquiries: Respond to leads via calls, emails, and walk-ins, and understand client workspace requirements.
Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, provide space details, pricing, and available plans.
Client Meetings: Conduct meetings and site visits at the office to showcase co-working facilities and close deals.
Proposal Preparation: Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and agreements based on client needs.
Follow-up & Conversion: Regularly follow up with potential clients to ensure lead conversion into confirmed bookings.
Maintain Records: Update CRM or internal sheets with client interactions, meetings, and conversions.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on competitor pricing and trends in the co-working industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong client-handling and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to conduct professional meetings and presentations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or co-working space (preferred).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and good at follow-ups.
