The Telecaller will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing information about hospital services, scheduling appointments, following up with patients, and ensuring a high standard of patient satisfaction through professional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
Provide information about hospital services, doctors' availability, and consultation timings.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments as needed.
Maintain a record of patient inquiries, feedback, and follow-ups in the system.
Assist in patient recall, reminder calls, and post-consultation follow-ups.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information as per hospital policy.
Support marketing campaigns by making promotional calls or sending service reminders.
Prepare and share daily call logs and reports with the supervisor.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Excellent verbal communication in [English/Hindi].
Polite, patient, and professional telephone etiquette.
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes efficiently.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, hospital CRM software preferred).
Positive attitude and customer service orientation.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferably in any stream).
0-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or hospital front office roles.
Experience in healthcare or hospitality industry preferred.
