Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products or services.
Handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide accurate information.
Maintain and update customer databases on a daily basis.
Follow up with leads and ensure proper communication flow.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions.
Required Skills:
1-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Ability to handle calls efficiently and work under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Education:
Graduate in any discipline.
