We are looking for a Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, admission counselling , and assist in lead generation. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students .
counselling of students regarding different courses
Maintain records of calls and candidate details.
Follow up with leads to ensure closures.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi/English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Fresher/experienced both can apply.
