Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle

inbound calls

from customers, answer queries and provide information in a timely and professional manner. Generate and qualify leads; follow up on leads to convert them into sales or further interest. Maintain and update customer database / CRM with accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets (number of calls, conversions, revenue etc.). Cross?sell or upsell additional products/services where possible. Provide feedback from customers to the sales or product team to help improve offerings. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction; handle customer objections/complaints and escalate when necessary. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to align calling campaigns and objectives. Participate in training sessions to understand product details, scripts, and tele calling best practices.
Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass; a graduation is a plus. Prior experience in tele calling, tele sales or customer service preferred (but freshers may also be considered if they have good communication skills). Excellent verbal communication skills in

Hindi

and

English

. Local dialect is a plus. Basic computer skills: familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and/or CRM tools. Good listening skills, patience, and ability to handle rejection. Target?driven mindset; self?motivated and able to work independently. Punctuality, reliability, good attendance.
