Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Niyoin Coders's services. Handle inbound calls and provide information about our services. Follow up on leads and maintain records of calls and interactions. Answer customer questions and provide basic information about our offerings. Meet or exceed daily call targets and contribute to team goals. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing assistance.

Requirements:

No formal education required. Basic English communication skills. Ability to use a computer and navigate basic software. No prior experience necessary; training will be provided. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
