We are seeking a motivated

Telecaller

to join our team and contribute to our sales and client acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a desire to build a career in digital marketing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain digital marketing services.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

Maintain and update the database of customer information.

Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.

Provide accurate information about our services and pricing.

Handle basic client queries and direct complex issues to senior staff.

Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.

Requirements:

0-1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service (Freshers are welcome).

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing will be an added advantage.

Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
