We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Telecallers to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers Explain products/services and generate interest Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally Maintain call records and update the database regularly Follow up with prospects as required

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge Ability to handle pressure and meet targets Fluent in Hindi; basic English is a plus Female candidates are preferred
