Role Overview

We are looking for Telecallers who are fluent in English and confident on calls. You will speak with interested leads, explain our training programmes, answer basic queries, and guide them through the next steps such as registration, counselling calls, or follow ups.

This is a full time, in office role based in Andheri East, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to leads and enquiries generated through marketing and partner sources
Explain Xpertifi training programmes in a clear and friendly way
Understand the learner's requirement and qualify leads based on interest and eligibility
Share accurate information on course details, timelines, and next steps
Schedule counselling calls or walk ins when needed
Regular follow ups through calls and WhatsApp to move leads forward
Maintain accurate records of call outcomes in sheets or CRM
Work towards daily calling targets and goals
Who Should Apply

Graduates, freshers, or experienced telecallers
Fluent spoken English is mandatory
Hindi is preferred, and any additional language is a plus
Comfortable speaking to new people and handling objections politely
Basic computer skills for updating lead data
Aability to stay organised with follow ups
Experience in education counselling, inside sales, or telecalling is an advantage, but not compulsory. Strong communication and consistency matter most.
