Roles & Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to prospective sellers and customers.
Explain company products and services and onboard new sellers.
Maintain and update customer database in Excel/CRM.
Handle inbound inquiries and resolve queries professionally.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
Maintain good relationships with sellers and clients.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
Requirements :
Minimum Graduate.
Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel, Word, Email, Internet).
Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English; excellent negotiation skills.
