We are looking for a proactive Tele caller with 06 months of experience to engage prospects, and support our sales pipeline through outbound and inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to promote training & consulting programs
Understand client needs and schedule appointments for the sales team
Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Achieve call and conversion targets
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office
Target-driven and positive attitude
