Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to candidates for Germany-based job and training projects Clearly explain job roles, eligibility criteria, language requirements, and process flow Handle inbound calls and respond to candidate inquiries in

Screen candidates based on basic qualifications and interest Maintain and update candidate records in CRM/Excel Follow up with interested candidates and schedule counselling or interview rounds Coordinate with recruitment and documentation teams Achieve daily calling and lead conversion targets Maintain professional and ethical communication standards

Pay: ₹9,169.89 - ₹32,089.25 per month
