Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for sales and service follow-ups
Handle enquiries related to vehicles, offers, and services
Schedule test drives and service appointments
Service reminder calls (periodic service, insurance, warranty)
Maintain customer data in CRM/DMS
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements
Minimum
12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Good communication skills in
local language & basic English
Basic computer knowledge
