We are looking for a proactive Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and support the sales team with customer communication.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and confidently.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain call logs and update customer information.
Follow up on warm leads and ensure timely communication.
Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Provide basic customer support and resolve queries.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication skills (English, Hindi preferred).
Good persuasion & customer handling ability.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Email).
Prior tele-calling experience is an advantage.
Positive attitude, confidence, and target-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
