Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Receive inbound calls and respond to inquiries professionally
Explain products/services clearly and convincingly
Generate leads and follow up on inquiries
Schedule appointments or consultations
Maintain and update customer data in CRM or records
Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Proven experience as a Tele Caller, Tele Sales Executive, or similar role
Excellent verbal communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred)
Ability to convince and negotiate effectively
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM systems)
Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in healthcare, clinic, cosmetic, or service industry (added advantage)
Target-driven and result-oriented
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good listening and problem-solving skills
