Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to inbound inquiries.
Explain IT courses, certifications, training programs, fees, and placement support clearly.
Counsel students based on their educational background and career goals.
Follow up on leads generated through calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student data in CRM or Excel.
Schedule counseling sessions, demos, and campus visits.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets.
Coordinate with trainers and placement teams when required.
Handle student queries and provide proper guidance with professionalism.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in English and local language.
Ability to convince and counsel students.
Basic knowledge of IT courses (Java, Python, Data Science, Cybersecurity, etc.) is a plus.
Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
Comfortable with calling targets and pressure.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools).
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduation (any stream).
Freshers can apply; experience in education counseling or telecalling preferred.
