Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, explain products/services to customers, and maintain good customer relationships. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

to prospective customers Handle

inbound queries

and provide information Explain products/services clearly to customers Maintain customer database and call records in Excel/CRM Follow up on leads and convert to sales/appointments Resolve customer queries professionally Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets Coordinate with sales/field teams if required
Eligibility & Requirements

12th pass / Graduate Fresher or experienced both can apply Good verbal communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language) Basic computer knowledge & typing skills Comfortable working with targets Pleasant voice and confident telephone manners
