Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Explain products/services clearly and answer customer queries
Generate leads and schedule appointments or sales meetings
Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain call records
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
Handle customer objections politely and professionally
Update customer information in CRM or records
Coordinate with the sales team for closures and follow-ups
