Job Title : Tele Caller / Tele Sales Executive

Location : Kothrud Pune Maharashtra (Onsite)

Salary : ₹3k to 10k + Incentives

We are looking for a confident and polite Tele Caller to contact potential and existing customers over the phone, explain our services, and generate leads or appointments. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided data
Explain company services/products clearly and professionally
Generate leads, inquiries, or appointments
Answer customer queries and handle objections politely
Maintain call records and update customer information
Follow up with interested clients regularly
Meet daily/weekly calling and lead targets
Coordinate with the sales/operations team for conversions
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate
Good communication skills in English + Hindi / Marathi
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets preferred)
Ability to convince and build rapport with customers
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Candidate :

Prior experience in telecalling / telesales (preferred but not mandatory)
Female candidates preferred
Experience in service-based industry is an added advantage
Working Hours :

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
