Key Responsibilities :
Client Communication:
Reach out to leads provided, offering detailed information about our stunning jewelry
collection according to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Use empathetic communication to understand and address client needs, ensuring a
personalized and engaging conversation.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including inquiries, comments, and
actions taken, using our CRM system.
Ensure follow-ups are conducted to confirm that clients' requests have been addressed
appropriately.
Relationship Building:
Develop and nurture relationships with clients to facilitate upselling opportunities and
enhance customer satisfaction.
Aim to build lasting connections that encourage repeat business and referrals.
Sales Conversion:
Convince leads to visit our store and view their desired jewelry, working closely with
store personnel to coordinate appointments and sales.
Assist in closing sales by providing detailed information and facilitating a seamless
shopping experience.
Store Coordination:
Communicate customer requirements and preferences to the store team, ensuring they
have all necessary details to assist clients effectively.
