Make outbound calls to potential buyers and sellers from provided leads or database.
Explain real estate products, services, and property listings to clients.
Schedule appointments for site visits or meetings with sales agents.
Follow up with clients to maintain engagement and push the sales pipeline.
Maintain and update client information in CRM systems.
Handle incoming inquiries and provide relevant property information.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets.
Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.
Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma; HSC or graduate preferred
Proven 1 to 2 years of experience as a telecaller in Real estate preferred , or similar role optional.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in [Insert Required Languages - e.g., English, Hindi, regional language].
