Make outbound international calls and respond to inbound customer queries.
Explain services to international clients clearly and professionally.
Generate leads, follow up, and convert into potential business opportunities.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM/Excel sheets.
Handle customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics.
Maintain professional behaviour, punctuality, and communication standards.
Coordinate with internal teams when required for customer support.
Preferred Experience in CATI / CAWI .
