About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive
Telesales Executives
to join our real estate sales team. The role involves connecting with prospective customers over the phone, promoting residential/commercial properties, and converting leads into site visits and closures.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential buyers and explain property details, pricing, and investment benefits.
Handle inbound inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, digital ads, and property portals.
Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits with the sales team.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up consistently to ensure conversions.
Build rapport with clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable projects.
Coordinate with the on-ground sales team for closures and post-sales follow-up.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales conversions.
Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Minimum
1-3 years of telesales experience
(Real Estate / Insurance / Banking preferred).
Strong communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Marathi
.
Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented approach.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and property listing portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, etc.) is an added advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
