Login Wood is a fast-growing modular office furniture manufacturer known for high-quality, customizable workspace solutions. We generate inbound leads through our digital marketing efforts and need a skilled Telecaller to qualify prospects, understand their requirements, and ensure only serious leads move forward to the sales team.
Role Overview
The Telecaller will be responsible for handling all
inbound leads generated from ads (Meta, Google, etc.)
, qualifying them based on our criteria, understanding their office furniture needs, and passing the filtered, high-quality leads to the sales manager. This role is crucial for improving conversion rates and ensuring the sales team focuses on the most qualified customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Handling & Qualification
Receive and call all inbound leads generated from ads and website inquiries.
Quickly introduce Login Wood and assess the customer's interest level.
Understand the lead's requirement (type of furniture, quantity, budget, timeline, location).
Ask defined qualification questions to identify serious buyers vs. general inquiries.
Check if the lead matches our ideal customer profile.
2. Filtering & Assigning Leads
Filter out low-quality or irrelevant leads.
Tag, categorize, and update every lead properly in Zoho CRM.
Forward only qualified and high-potential leads to the Sales Manager.
Ensure smooth handover of lead details with complete notes.
3. Communication & Customer Experience
Maintain a polite, professional tone during calls.
Build quick trust with prospects and provide basic product information.
Schedule follow-up calls if needed.
Keep response time fast--contact leads within 5 minutes whenever possible.
4. CRM & Reporting
Maintain 100% accurate data entry in Zoho CRM.
Update lead status, notes, and calling outcomes.
Generate daily/weekly reports on lead quality and call performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication skills in Marathi, English and Hindi.
Experience in telecalling, inside sales, call centers, or customer service preferred.
Ability to handle high volume of inbound leads.
Basic knowledge of furniture, interiors, or B2B sales is a plus.
Familiar with CRM software (Zoho CRM preferred).
Good listening skills and ability to ask the right questions.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
