Key Responsibilities
:
Acquire new customers and cross-sell financial products.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
Generate leads through cold calling and referrals.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Conduct customer profiling and risk assessment for financial product suitability.
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer service and query resolution.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets
Knowledge of BFSI products and regulatory framework (training will be provided if fresher)
Ability to work under pressure and in a target-based environment
Good negotiation and client handling skills
