Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads
Explain real estate projects, property details, and investment benefits
Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries
Schedule appointments and site visits for sales executives
Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly
Follow up with interested clients and nurture leads until conversion
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and appointments
Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to align on campaigns and goals
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred
Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar sales/customer service role (preferred)
Excellent communication skills in [local language] and English
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Good time management and organizational skills
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude
