A fast-growing financial services company dedicated to providing efficient and customer-centric financial solutions is expanding its operations and urgently seeking skilled Telecallers to join the dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information to customers.
Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.
Record customer details, feedback, and interactions in the system.
Follow up on leads to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Coordinate with team members to improve call performance and conversion rates.
Adhere to company guidelines and ensure quality standards in every call.
Requirements:
Age between 20 to 30 years.
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, Marathi (additional languages are a plus).
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in handling CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet daily/weekly targets.
Good listening skills, patience, and a customer-oriented attitude.
Prior experience as a telecaller or in customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.

Attractive performance-based incentives are available based on individual and team performance.
